Resting deeply in the nature of mind we open to the ocean of dharmakaya, the ground of reality. But resting is not easy when we struggle to let go and really relax and deepen. Our psychological history does not always give us the sense that it is safe to let go and open, and drop beneath our ordinary mind. In this retreat we will look at some of the subtle levels of contraction and resistance that become barriers to our experience of settling. As we gradually relax into the body and soften our normal contracted sense of self we can begin to let go and rest into our innate clear nature. This retreat will introduce the processes that help us move towards the practice of Mahamudra so that we can begin to clear the veil that obscures our innate nature. Just a taste of this natural quality changes us.
This course will be limited to 12 people, so early booking advised.
