Course Description

Take a break from from the speed and complexity of life and re-connect with the things that really matter: feeling centered and connected to ourselves, others, the environment and our purpose in life.

Yoga is both invigorating and relaxing and together with meditation helps us to slow down and see, hear, smell and touch the world with fresh appreciation.

Weather permitting some practice will take place outside, in the peaceful and magical setting of the island maybe doing walking meditation among the horses. Open to beginners and anyone who would like to deepen their existing mindfulness practice.

Early booking is recommended. The course starts at 6pm on Friday and finishes at Monday noon, but it is possible to leave Sunday noon. For those who leave Sunday the prices are as follows: 98 single room, 74 twins each, 58 dorms. Course fee 95.

Things to Bring

Comfortable, loose clothes, outdoor wear and indoor footwear. There are yoga mats, but you may prefer to bring your own.

In order to reserve a place, please send the course fee of 125 or 95 (per person) made out to 'Luise Holtbernd' and mail to: Ratnadevi, (2/1) 14 Garrioch Drive, Glasgow G20 8R.

Please indicate what type of room you want (single, twin or dorm). This will be booked for you, and then on arrival on Holy Isle you can pay for your board and lodging at the prices indicated above.
