Exploring Mindfulness through Tai Chi, Yoga & Meditation

Andy Spragg, Denise Spragg and Imelda Maguire with their combined expertise in their respective fields of Tai Chi, meditation, holistic therapy and Yoga, will convey the fundamental principles of T’ai Chi, Yoga and meditation. The programme will cover postures, breathing and relaxation techniques from Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, partner exercises and form from T’ai Chi.

There will also be mindfulness and loving kindness meditations from the Buddhist perspective.

This will be a week-long retreat that will gently exercise your body, relax you and spiritually test you a little.
