Volunteering

A small team of committed volunteers run the Holy Isle project. This is one of the many special things about the island. Working as part of the project is rewarding and challenging.

We have a fixed number of staff volunteer places available, all of which are currently filled. Naturally this situation can change, so if you are interested in living and working here full-time as part of our team, the best thing you can do is to come here as a guest volunteer for a week or two and get a taste of what it is like, or you apply directly as a full time volunteer (application form). Occasionally we need people who can fill a temporary staff vacancy, to cover for holidays or in particularly busy times. People who have successfully done at least one weeks work here as a guest volunteer can apply to be added to our short-term volunteer database. We may call on you as and when there is a need .
