This course explores the difficulty we have in coordinating our body, mind and awareness in everyday situations. Our aspects of daily living, interaction with society, fears and beliefs will be discussed and applied from the perspective of the philosophies integral to living Taijiquan. The course is suitable for those that have some experience of Taiji or Qigong.   Bob donates all proceeds to the Holy Isle project.
