Patrick Le Roy

Patrick has been teaching and studying Iyengar yoga for over 30 years. He is originally from the north of france and started yoga while living and working in Paris with Faeq and Corine Biria. Patrick was trained as a nurse and speech therapist, but changed career in his twenties to a full time yoga teacher. Patrick now runs his own yoga center in Montpellier with his partner Dominique who always assists him on his retreats and workshops. Dominique also teaches yoga and is a shiatsu practioner. Patrick is one of most experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers if France. He has studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune many times and is one of the few westerners allowed to assist Geeta in the women's classes.
